Who I am

This website belongs to Morne Studios, run by Shane St. Louis in the Commonwealth of Dominica. For any privacy question, email hello@mornestudios.com.

What I collect

When you use the contact form: your name, email, business name, current website, the service you're interested in and your message.
When you message me on WhatsApp or by email: whatever you choose to send.
When you browse the site: anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, such as pages visited, rough location (country or city), device type and how you found the site. This uses cookies.

How I use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a website review or quote, and carry out work you ask for.
To understand which parts of this site are useful, so I can improve it.

I don't sell your information, add you to a mailing list without asking, or share it with anyone except the services below.

Services that handle your data

FormSubmit delivers contact form messages to my email.
Google Analytics measures site usage.
Cloudflare hosts this website.
Cloudflare Email Routing and Google (Gmail) receive email sent to hello@mornestudios.com, and Brevo delivers my replies.
WhatsApp, if you message me there.

How long I keep it

Enquiries that don't become projects are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept as long as needed for the project and for tax and accounting purposes.

Your choices

Ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you by emailing me.
Block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
